Here's how to thaw your lobster meat: Simply place your lobster meat into the refrigerator 24 hours before you want to enjoy your rolls.

Alternatively (if you'd like to make your rolls the same day of receipt), you can run cold water over the lobster meat for 30 minutes. Be sure the lobster meat is thoroughly thawed. Then, place lobster meat in a colander, and let sit for 30 minutes.

To cook the meat (Connecticut Style):

Thaw lobster meat.
Bring a skillet to medium heat and add butter.
Saute the meat 30-60 seconds until warm, flipping as necessary.
Enjoy!

To provide the most affordable lobster, orders west of the Mississippi will ship from our Phoenix distribution center and east of the Mississippi from our Maine plant. All orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Thursday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Thursday (Including Friday-Sunday) will ship the following Monday. All orders under $146 will be charged a flat $35 shipping fee; orders of $146 or more will ship FREE!
