Fried Tails Preparations Instructions:

  • Fill a large pot with 3” of oil. We recommend a neutral oil like Canola oil
  • Heat on Medium – High until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Using tongs, place 4 frozen tails in the hot oil. Do not place more than 4 or the oil temp will lower too much.
  • Fry for 2 minutes and 45 seconds
  • Use tongs to carefully remove the Fried Tails from the oil and place on a cooling rack
  • Serve right away with Angie’s Sauce! You can also enjoy as a Fried Lobster Sandwich using your included split-top buns and Angie’s sauce.

*We do not recommend using an air fryer or oven. The tails were designed by our culinary team to taste best when deep fried.

For Spicy Honey Fried Lobster tails:

  • Follow preparation directions for Fried Tails
  • Pour some spicy honey in a shallow bowl or plate, about ¼ inch deep
  • Place a fried tail in the spicy honey and rotate, coating every part of the tail with the spicy honey.
  • Repeat for each fried tail
  • Enjoy as is or put them in a toasted and buttered bun as a sandwich!

French Fries

  • Fill a large pot with 3” of oil or enough to cover your fry portion. We recommend a neutral oil like Canola oil.
  • Heat on Medium – High until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Put up to 12 ounces of frozen fries at a time into the oil. Make sure the fries are completely frozen, do not thaw.
  • After about 30 seconds, move the fries around using metal tongs or a metal perforated spoon to separate and loosen the fries.
  • Cook the fries for 2 minutes and 30 seconds - 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
  • Take out fries with a perforated scoop, shaking off a little bit of the oil, over the pot, until most of the oil is no longer dripping.
  • Put fries straight into a mixing bowl and sprinkle with table salt or sea salt immediately. For best results, it’s important to get the salt on the fries as soon they come out of the oil so the salt sticks to the fries
  • Our fries taste great with Angie’s sauce, by themselves or with ketchup!
