For limited time only, we have curated this special kit which includes everything you need to make 5 lobster rolls and comes with 5 jumbo 6-7 oz raw tails that are perfect for grilling.

Enjoy this very special combo until supplies last

    Included in the Kit:

    • 5 Jumbo 6-7oz raw inshell tails
    • Maine Steam-cooked and Flash-frozen Lobster Meat: 1-pound bag
    • New England Style split buns: 6 count
    • Butter (for buns): 2 packets
    • Seasoned Lemon Butter (for lobster): 6 packets

    To Prepare Your Bun:

    1. Empty both plain butter packets into a skillet and place on medium-high heat.
    2. Once your butter is melted and pan is hot, toast both sides of your buns until golden brown.
    3. Place your toasted and buttered buns on a plate

To Cook the Lobster Meat (Connecticut Style):

    1. Warm all your packets of seasoned lemon butter in a small bowl and set aside. Later, you can choose to pour each warm packet onto each roll individually or add to sautéed lobster.
    2. Bring a skillet to medium heat and sauté the lobster meat for 30 - 60 seconds until
      warm, flipping as necessary.
    3. Pour warm seasoned lemon butter into the pan with your lobster meat and stir together. Alternatively, you can choose to pour each warm packet onto each
      prepared lobster roll individually.

    To Assemble Your Lobster Rolls:

    1. Portion about 1/5 of the lobster meat for each roll, gently stuffing the meat into the bun.
    2. If you ordered the Spicy Honey Kit, use a small spoon to pour the Spicy Honey sauce over the lobster meat.
    3. Serve and Enjoy!

    Prepping Your Tails:

    • Thaw tails 12-24 hours in the fridge to avoid the meat sticking to the shell.

    Steaming Your Tails:

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil, ensuring there's about 2 inches of water.
    • Place the lobster tails on a steamer rack or tray.
    • Steam the tails for approximately 1 minute of cooking time per ounce (until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit).
    • Once cooked, the lobster shell will be bright red, and the meat will turn opaque/white.
    • Run the steamed tails briefly under cold water to stop the cooking process.

    Butterfly Style:

    • Position your lobster tail on a cutting board, with the meat side down and the shell side up. Make sure the tail fins are facing away from you.
    • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the length of the shell, being cautious not to cut into the meat. Stop the cut just before reaching the base of the tail, near the fins.
    • Gently separate the shell by holding each side and prying it apart, exposing the meat. Place your fingers underneath the meat and push it upward, positioning it on top of the shell.
    • Clean the tail by rinsing it under cold water.
    • Add your desired herbs and spices, and dress the tail with drawn butter.
    • Place the prepared tails in an oven-safe skillet or baking sheet.
    • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer transparent and it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Grilling Instructions:

    • Use a sharp knife to cut the tail in half lengthwise.
    • Gently rinse the lobster tails under cool water and pat dry with a paper towel.
    • Brush melted butter with your favorite herbs and spices over the tails.
    • Set the tails flesh side down on the oiled cooking grates for 3 to 4 minutes.
    • Turn the lobster tails over and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the meat is no longer transparent.
    • Brush the tails often with butter while cooking with the flesh side up.
    • Remove the lobster tails from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
    • Serve the lobster tails with more drawn butter or a dipping sauce of your choice.
    • Cook the lobster tails to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

Our 4th celebration meal!

Fabulous! The tails were delicious and lots of succulent meat! My son in law battered the lobster bites and fried in a fry daddy! They were way wonderful! They arrived on time and packaged great. So fresh! Will definitely order again!

Price Was Well Worth It!

Not really enough lobsters for 5 rolls, maybe more like three substantial ones. Good lobsters tails. Very happy with the delivery and happy I made the purchase.

Lobster Rolls & Tails

We prepared the lobster rolls as instructed, they were fantastic! Although it says five lobster rolls, an extra roll was sent, and we did make six and there was plenty of lobster to fill them all! Although we have not cooked the lobster tails yet, we were very impressed with the size of them, and are looking forward to cooking them as well. Having formerly lived in New, England, and now in Arizona, having the opportunity to get Maine Lobster, in the desert is definitely a treat!
